When the pearls start to spill over the edge, you'll be very grateful you brought this little one into your home. Variegated plants produce less chlorophyll this they grow slower and require more light to maintain their white portion.
Water: when soil dries out. Bottom water by placing pot into a bowl with distilled water rather than pouring water on top as Pearls can get soft. 1 - 2x every week in summer but less in winter. Overwatering is the biggest killer of this plant.
